Refund Policy

The refund policy applies to all versions of books purchased via this site. The disruptive competence is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:
Reason for return:
– The book was damaged on delivery. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the book. The damaged book should be returned within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive a new book.
– I wish to waive my purchase. Only possible if the item is in perfect condition and in its original, unopened packaging. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. If these conditions are met we will refund the item within 14 days after receipt of the return, after deduction of handling costs.
– E-book: the purchase of an e-book is not eligible for reimbursement, given the nature of the product.
